Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel

Staff is very nice and helpful and i would book this hotel again on my next trip

I thought old quarter area will be convenience. Not really, it is too crowd most of time and would think right outside of old quarter may be better but if you like old quarter this this would be a great hotel to stay

Centrally located.. The hotel manager was really accommodating for my trip. He was able to schedule me last minute to Ha Long Bay. Not only that, but he was able to set up airport pick up and guide us around Hanoi. The room had AC, which is a plus.

The staff at this hotel were beyond amazing! So helpful in every way, always had a friendly greeting and a smile. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast beyond my wildest expectations. Small, quiet, comfy convenient and cheap!

Spacious room, nice view, breakfast was excellent.

My only problem is that the AC could be a little cooler or have a fan added.

Exceptional hospitality at Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel. They offered safe luggage storage, allowed us to rest and fresh up early in the morning, arranged an early check-in, and upgraded our room without being asked. They also helped with money exchange at a very good rate. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and the location is perfect in the Old Quarter. Truly a hotel that goes above and beyond—highly recommended.

Nothing at all

Great location and wonderful staff. The breakfast in the morning had good variety. The wifi worked great and the showers were hot. The staff even offered to refill our water bottles daily to reduce plastic waste.

Super clean hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh. Location was perfect in the Old Quarter. I am a solo traveler and felt very safe here. Great value for your money. Highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely hospitable! I checked in really late but they till welcomed me with a welcome drink and fruit. The location was perfect for the weekend night market.

The bathroom sink was clogged so the water was not being drained

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, they let me leave my luggage until night for free, good breakfast.

Mattress is a bit hard.

The localisation in the old quarter is perfect, near to a lot of coffee, restaurants and shops ! The personal really help you with everything and the hotel is clean. The breakfast is good with fresh fruits and a lot of options to choose. They kept my bag in the hotel for one full week because I was outside of Hanoi which is so nice of them, I really appreciate ! I will come back, thank you ;))

No hot water, woke up to see a cockroach in the room. When I told the staff they didn’t seem to care. The photos definitely don’t belong to this hotel

The beds were really uncomfortable and there was a strange gushing water noise that woke us up in the middle of the night. We stayed one night but then cancelled the rest of our stay and moved around the corner to Kingdom Hotel Hanoi instead.

WiFi was a bit patchy. But that could be normal for Hanoi.
